Draft — not yet in effect
Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These draft terms describe how shipped! is intended to work while the service is in development. They are not yet final and will be replaced before public launch.
1. The service
shipped! lets makers announce what they are building and when they plan to launch, collect a waitlist, and display verified information about what they have shipped.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a third-party account (such as GitHub, Google, or X). You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your username and profile are public.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow shipped! to host and display it, including launch dates, date changes, and project status, which are shown publicly as part of your record.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not post false or misleading information, including manipulated revenue or launch claims.
- Do not send spam or use waitlist emails for anything other than the project people signed up for.
- Do not attempt to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
5. Verification
Verification is performed by automated checks and may be incomplete or wrong. Verified badges and scores are provided as-is and are not a guarantee about any project or person.
6. Suspension
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes and contact
We will update these terms before launch. Contact details will be published with the final version.
